Interior Only Photography-$130

Our INTERIOR ONLY service offers luxury editing with a next-day turnaround. This comprehensive package includes a complimentary basic floor plan. You’ll receive 1 front entry shot, 1-2 images of the dining room, 3-4 images of the living room, 3-4 images of the kitchen, and 1 image of each bedroom and regular bathroom. Additionally, there will be 2-3 images of the main bedroom, 2-3 images of the main bathroom, and 1 image of the laundry room. Moreover, this package comes with a property website, 1 year of secure storage, and accommodates up to 40 images in total to ensure a detailed and comprehensive showcase of your property’s interior.

Exterior & Interior Photography-$160

Our EXTERIOR & INTERIOR service offers luxury editing with a next-day turnaround and Blue Sky Guarantee. This comprehensive package includes a complimentary basic floor plan, a front entry shot, and a selection of interior shots: 1-2 images of the dining room, 3-4 images of the living room, 3-4 images of the kitchen, 1 image of each bedroom, 1 image of each regular bathroom, 2-3 images of the main bedroom, 2-3 images of the main bathroom, and 1 image of the laundry room. 3D Tours by matterport

3D DOLL HOUSE TOUR by matterport-$150

Our 3D DOLL HOUSE TOUR, powered by Matterport, begins with a front porch entry in most cases, ensuring a seamless walk-through starting at the front door. The service entails scanning the entire interior of the home. For vacant homes, I aim to include the garage. In the case of occupied homes, if the garage is tidy, it will be scanned too. Additionally, I’ll capture the exterior porch/patio to provide a glimpse of the backyard during the virtual tour. The tour will be hosted for 12 months, and any extension beyond this period will incur a $5 monthly fee. Please note that the tour creation process is time-consuming, requiring up to 3 hours to complete the project. The finalized project will be delivered within 1-2 days.

3D DOLL HOUSE TOUR by matterport Additional Hosting-$5

The ADDITIONAL HOSTING service for the 3D DOLL HOUSE TOUR by Matterport begins once your initial one-year hosting period expires. Subsequently, we will bill you monthly at a rate of $5.
