- Co-Ownership: 904 Real Estate Photography shares co-ownership of the photographs with the purchaser. This means both 904 and the client have rights to use the images.
- Marketing Use: This co-ownership allows 904 to use the photographs for marketing purposes, showcasing our work and promoting our services.
- Exclusive Rights: No one other than 904 Real Estate Photography or the purchaser will have ownership rights to the photographs. This ensures that the images are protected and used exclusively by us and our clients.
Amenities Copyright Policy?
Our copyright policy allows 904 Real Estate Photography to market and sell photographs of community amenities, while maintaining shared ownership with the original client.
Editing FAQ
Who Edits Your Photographs?
At 904 Real Estate Photography, we take great pride in delivering high-quality edited photographs to showcase your property in the best possible light. Here’s a breakdown of our editing process:
- Interior & Exterior Photographs, Virtual Twilight, Virtual Staging, Object Removal and Video: To provide you with the highest level of detail and quality, we outsource the editing of interior & exterior photographs, virtual twilight images, virtual staging, object removal tasks and video productions to specialized professionals. This allows us to deliver a superior product that meets our rigorous standards.
- Quality Control: While we partner with specialized professionals for editing services, Shawn personally reviews every final product to ensure it meets our high standards. Each photo, video, and virtual enhancement is carefully quality-checked for accuracy, consistency, and overall presentation. If any issues or imperfections are found, Shawn makes necessary adjustments or requests revisions to guarantee the final results align with our commitment to excellence. This hands-on review process ensures that every deliverable you receive reflects the quality and professionalism you expect from 904 Real Estate Photography.

How Long Does Editing Take?
We understand the importance of a timely turnaround for your real estate marketing materials. Here’s a detailed timeline of our editing process:
- Interior & Exterior Photographs: Editing is completed by the next day, no later than midnight.
- Virtual Twilight, Virtual Staging, Digital Object Removal: These services can take up to 2 days to complete.
- Digital Object Removal BULK: These services can take up to 4 days to complete.
- 2d Floor Plans: 2d floor plans is completed by the next day, no later than midnight.
- 3D Floor Plans: 3d floor plans can take up to 2 days to complete.
- Grass Enhancement: Editing is completed by the next day, no later than midnight.
- Video Edits: Our video editing process may take up to 2 days, allowing us to deliver a polished, high-quality final product that meets our professional standards.

What Is Your Blue Sky Guarantee?
In all exterior photos—and in most of our interior shots featuring windows—we replace overcast, dull, or overexposed skies with a vibrant blue sky. This enhancement ensures your property is showcased with a bright, inviting view, regardless of the weather on the day of the shoot.

What Year Was Your Business Founded?
Our journey began in 2011 when Shawn Jolly established ShawnJollyRawPhotography in Dallas, Texas. By 2017, we expanded our operations to Florida, specifically serving St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and neighboring areas. Shawn has an extensive portfolio, having captured imagery for over 12,000 homes, averaging 4-8 homes per day. In 2020, we underwent a rebranding, becoming 904 Real Estate Photography.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We welcome payments made in cash, checks, Zelle, and we use stripe’s secure payment app for credit cards.
When Are invoices Sent?
904 Real Estate Photography includes your invoice in the photo delivery email. If you choose to pay by credit card, your images will be automatically released for use upon payment. We also accept cash, checks and Zelle—if you prefer one of these methods, please let Shawn know at the time of your appointment. Credit card payments include processing fees, which can be subtracted if paying by check or Zelle.
How Many Homes Have You Photographed?
Since 2011, we have photographed over 12,000 homes, using our extensive experience to deliver exceptional results for you.
Appointment FAQ
What If It’s Raining During My Appointment?
- Light Rain: If there’s light rain during your shoot, we will still photograph the exterior and replace the sky with our signature Blue Sky Guarantee.
- Heavy Rain: If heavy rain occurs during your scheduled appointment, we will take one exterior photo and arrange a complimentary reshoot on another day to capture the exterior in optimal conditions.
How Long Will You Be Onsite?
- Photography: sessions typically last between 45 minutes and an hour.
- Aerial: sessions typically take 30 minutes.
- Video: sessions generally range from an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours.
- Matterport 3d Tours: sessions generally range from an 2 hours minutes to 3 hours.
- Zillow 3D Tours: sessions generally range from an hour 2 hours.
What Happens When We Arrive And The House Isn’t Ready?
If the house isn’t ready when we arrive at the scheduled time, we can photograph the exterior only for $85 and return later to shoot the interior when it’s ready. For interior photos, our editors can remove unwanted items for $15 each, or we can provide a quote for bulk item removal. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the full shoot for the same day for a fee of $65.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel your appointment up to 2 business days in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within this period will incur a $65 fee to cover the reserved spot that could have been offered to another client. However, if we are able to fill the appointment slot, this fee will be waived.

You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time. However, rescheduling within 2 business days of your appointment will incur a $65 fee to cover the reserved spot that could have been offered to another client. This fee will be waived if we are able to fill the appointment slot.
Do You Move Anything During Our Appointment?
At 904 Real Estate Photography, we aim to capture your property in the best possible light while respecting your space. Here’s what you can expect regarding item movement during our appointment:
- Floor Mats: I will move floor mats if directed to ensure the best presentation of your property.
- Blinds: I will adjust blinds to achieve optimal lighting and results in your photographs.
- Heavy Items: I am unable to move heavy items or anything that requires the assistance of two people for safety reasons and to prevent any potential damage.
We recommend arranging your space before our appointment to ensure everything is in place for the photo shoot. If you have specific requests or need further assistance, please let us know ahead of time.
