What Is Your Copyright Policy?

At 904 Real Estate Photography, we believe in clear ownership rights that protect you and our studio. Here’s a quick overview:

  • Co-Ownership: We share non-exclusive rights with our clients to use the images for marketing the listing and your brand.
  • Marketing Use: We may showcase images in our portfolio, social media, and advertising to highlight our work.
  • Exclusive Rights: Except for the client and 904 Real Estate Photography, no other party has ownership rights to the photographs.

Amenities Copyright Policy?

Our copyright policy also allows marketing and sale of community amenity photos while maintaining shared rights with the original client.

Editing FAQ

Who Edits Your Photographs?

We take pride in delivering high-quality listing media. We carefully manage editing to ensure the best possible result for your property.

  • Interior & exterior photos, Virtual Twilight, Virtual Staging, Object Removal, and Video: We partner with vetted specialists and personally review all final work for accuracy and consistency.
  • Quality control: Every image goes through a final review for true-to-life color, balanced lighting, and clean presentation.

How Long Does Editing Take?

  • Interior & exterior photography: Next-day delivery (often earlier).
  • Virtual twilight, virtual staging & object removal: Typically up to 2 days.
  • Bulk object removal: Up to 4 days depending on scope.
  • 2D floor plans: Included with full photo shoots; generally delivered next-day.
  • 3D floor plans: Up to 2 days to complete.
  • Grass enhancement: Usually next-day.
  • Video edits: Typically up to 2 days for polished results.

What Is Our Blue Sky Guarantee?

For exterior photos, if skies are overcast or dull, we replace them digitally with a bright, inviting sky at no extra charge. If conditions aren’t ideal for exteriors, we’ll return on a clear day to photograph the outside — free of charge.

What Year Was Your Business Founded?

The company began in 2011 in Dallas, TX. In 2017 we expanded to Florida, serving Jacksonville and surrounding areas. In 2020 we rebranded as 904 Real Estate Photography.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept cash, checks, Zelle, and major credit cards (processed via a secure payment link).

When Are Invoices Sent?

Invoices are issued with the delivery email. Credit card payments may include processing fees.

Since 2011, we’ve photographed 12,000+ homes — experience we bring to every shoot.

Appointment FAQ

What If It’s Raining During My Appointment?

  • Light rain: We’ll photograph the exterior and replace the sky with our Blue Sky Guarantee.
  • Heavy rain: We’ll capture interiors during your scheduled time and return on a clear day for exterior photos — free of charge.

How Long Will You Be Onsite?

  • Photography sessions: typically 45–60 minutes.
  • Aerial sessions: typically 10–30 minutes.
  • Video sessions: about 45 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Matterport/3D tours: generally from 2 hours to about 3 hours, depending on size.
  • Zillow 3D tours: generally range from 1–2 hours.

What Happens When We Arrive And The House Isn’t Ready?

If the home isn’t ready when we arrive, we can photograph the exterior only for $65 and return later to shoot the interior. We can remove small items for $15 each, or you may choose to reschedule the full shoot for the same day for a $65 fee.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Appointments canceled up to 2 business days in advance incur no charge. Same-day or late cancellations may incur a $65 fee to cover the reserved time.

What Is Your Reschedule Policy?

You’re welcome to reschedule at any time. Rescheduling within 2 business days of your appointment may include a $65 fee if the slot can’t be filled by another client. We’ll waive the fee if we’re able to rebook your time.

Do You Move Anything During Our Appointment?

  • Floor mats: We’ll move floor mats if needed to ensure the best presentation.
  • Blinds: We adjust blinds to achieve optimal lighting and views.
  • Heavy items: We don’t move heavy items or anything that requires more than one person (for safety and to prevent damage).

Please ensure spaces are photo-ready before the appointment. If you have special requests, let us know ahead of time — we’re happy to help where possible.
