What Is Your Copyright Policy?
At 904 Real Estate Photography, we believe in sharing ownership rights with our clients to ensure mutual benefits and protection. Here’s an overview of our copyright policy:
- Co-Ownership: 904 Real Estate Photography shares co-ownership of the photographs with the purchaser. This means both 904 and the client have rights to use the images.
- Marketing Use: This co-ownership allows 904 to use the photographs for marketing purposes, showcasing our work and promoting our services.
- Exclusive Rights: No one other than 904 Real Estate Photography or the purchaser will have ownership rights to the photographs. This ensures that the images are protected and used exclusively by us and our clients.
Editing FAQ
Who Edits Your Photographs?
At 904 Real Estate Photography, we take great pride in delivering high-quality edited photographs to showcase your property in the best possible light. Here’s a breakdown of our editing process:
- Exterior Photographs, Flyers, and Some Virtual Staging: Shawn personally edits all exterior photographs, creates stunning flyers, and handles some of the virtual staging. His expertise ensures that these essential elements are polished to perfection.
- Interior Photographs, Virtual Twilight, Object Removal, Virtual Slideshow, and Video: To provide you with the highest level of detail and quality, we outsource the editing of interior photographs, virtual twilight images, object removal tasks, virtual slideshows, and video productions to specialized professionals. This allows us to deliver a superior product that meets our rigorous standards.
By combining Shawn’s personal touch with the expertise of our trusted editing partners, we ensure that every aspect of your property’s visual presentation is exceptional.
How Long Does Editing Take?
We understand the importance of a timely turnaround for your real estate marketing materials. Here’s a detailed timeline of our editing process:
- Interior & Exterior Photographs: Editing is completed by the next day, no later than midnight.
- Virtual Twilight, Virtual Staging, Digital Object Removal, and Virtual Slideshow: These services take up to 48 hours to complete.
- Video Edits: Our video editing process can take up to 3 business days to ensure the highest quality.
- Flyers: Flyers are created as soon as we are informed that your listing is active.
We strive to deliver your edited materials as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to quality. If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
What Is Your Blue Sky Guarantee?
In all exterior photos, we replace overcast, washed-out, or overexposed skies with a beautiful blue sky. This enhancement ensures that your property is presented with a stunning and appealing view, no matter the weather conditions on the day of the shoot.

What Year Was Your Business Founded?
Our journey began in 2011 when Shawn Jolly established ShawnJollyRawPhotography in Dallas, Texas. By 2017, we expanded our operations to Florida, specifically serving St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and neighboring areas. Shawn has an extensive portfolio, having captured imagery for over 12,000 homes, averaging 4-8 homes per day. In 2020, we underwent a rebranding, becoming 904 Real Estate Photography.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We welcome payments made in cash, checks, Zelle, and we use stripe’s secure payment app for credit cards.
When Are invoices Sent?
904 Real Estate Photography will send you an invoice via email the morning of your appointment. Payment options include credit card, check, or Zelle. If you choose to pay via check or Zelle, subtract the processing fees on the invoice. Please note that processing fees are applicable only for credit card payments.
How Many Homes Have You Photographed?
We’ve captured images of more than 12,000 homes since 2011, leveraging our extensive experience for your benefit.
Appointment FAQ
What If It’s Raining During My Appointment?
If there’s light rain, we’ll photograph the exterior and substitute the sky with our stock blue sky for no additional charge.
In case of heavy rain during your scheduled appointment, we’ll capture one exterior photo and return on another day, at no extra cost, for a reshoot of the exterior.
How Long Will You Be Onsite?
Photography sessions typically last between 45 minutes and an hour.
Video sessions generally range from an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours.
3D tours, Matterport 3D tours typically take between an hour and 45 minutes to 3 hours. Interactive 3d Floor plan tours are completed under an hour.
What Happens When We Arrive And The House Isn’t Ready?
If the house isn’t prepared upon our arrival at the scheduled time, we can photograph it as is, and our editors will remove unwanted items for $15 per photo. Alternatively, a same-day reschedule is available for a fee of $60.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel your appointment up to 2 business days in advance without charge. Cancelling within this window incurs a $60 fee for holding a spot that another client could have used. However, if I’m able to fill the appointment slot, no fee will be applied.

You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time. However, rescheduling within 2 business days will incur a $60 fee. This fee is applied for holding a spot on the schedule that another client could have used. However, if I’m able to fill the appointment slot, no fee will be applied.
Do You Move Anything During Our Appointment?
At 904 Real Estate Photography, we aim to capture your property in the best possible light while respecting your space. Here’s what you can expect regarding item movement during our appointment:
- Floor Mats: I will move floor mats if directed to ensure the best presentation of your property.
- Blinds: I will adjust blinds to achieve optimal lighting and results in your photographs.
- Heavy Items: I am unable to move heavy items or anything that requires the assistance of two people for safety reasons and to prevent any potential damage.
We recommend arranging your space before our appointment to ensure everything is in place for the photo shoot. If you have specific requests or need further assistance, please let us know ahead of time.
